Biography

Corresponding Member of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan (2004), Doctor of Chemistry (1993), professor (1996). Winner of the Award of Lenin Komsomol (1990). For the period 2002-2009 Director of the Institute of Water problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Department of Meteorology and Climatology of the Tajik National University.
