Biography

Seyed Hamed Mahdaviani received his B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering-Petrochemical Industries from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran in September 2006 and his M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering-Thermodynamics & Kinetics from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran in April 2010. He has many publications including 17 high quality peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals and international conferences, a book chapter, an Iran patent and several research and technical reports. He has received several honors and awards for his outstanding efforts in his research works. In December 2015, he was selected as the first person of superior industrialist and distinguished researcher in the Festival of Research & Technology of Oil Industry in Tehran, Iran. He has been invited to the several reputed international conferences as a keynote speaker. He has received certificate of reviewing from Elsevier in recognition of the review made for Applied Catalysis A: General in March 2016. Moreover, he has served as a reviewer for Journals of 'Modern Research in Catalysis' and 'Materials Science and Chemical Engineering' owned by Scientific Research Publishing (SCIRP) in April and June 2018, respectively. Also, he has reviewed three papers for the 5th Global Conference on Polymer and Composite Materials (PCM 2018) held in Kitakyushu, Japan. In February 2018, he has joined to Archives of Petroleum and Environmental Biotechnology as a member of Editorial Board of the Journal (Gavin Publishers-USA). He is member of Technical Program Committee and also a reviewer of 7th Global Conference on Materials Science and Engineering (CMSE 2018 (1-4 November)) in Xi’an, China. He has joined as organizing committee member (OCM) to World Congress and Expo on Recycling 2018 (29-30 August) in Berlin, Germany. In addition, he is a member of organizing committee of European Congress on Advanced Chemistry (July 12-13, 2018) in Paris, France. He has been appointed as Technical Program Committee member and reviewer for the 3rd International Conference on New Energy and Future Energy System (NEFES 2018 (21-24 August)) in Shanghai, China. He has been also invited to be the Technical Program Committee member of 3rd International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Mathematics (MSAM 2018 (22-23 July)) in Shanghai, China (Atlantis Press).

His research interests focus on Ethylene Oligo- and Polymerization Catalysis, Industrial Catalysts, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Mathematical Optimization, Design of Experimental Methods.
