The Author (Ribhu Kaul) is currently pursuing PhD at the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, India. He hold a post graduate degree in management from New Delhi Institute of Management, India, and a bachelor degree in electronics and communication engineering, from Anna University, India. He also holds 40 months of professional work experience. Further, he is also the founder and CEO of TCE Enterprises Private Limited, a technology start-up, founded in the state of Haryana, India.
