Biography

Pao-Chin Ruseto Huang (Dipl. Ac. & C. H., NCCAOM; L. Ac. & LMT, CO) has been practicing Chinese medicines and acupuncture since late 1940s. He received his Bachelor Science degree in Navigation in 1967 (Taiwan). He was a licensed engineer in TV repairs as well. After immigrating to America he founded the Ruseto Center in 1986 and the Ruseto College of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 1992, and being the Director since.
