Biography

Dina Hasan AlNahdy co-founded " ENTEC" Environmental Technology company in 1995.With an Accounting background, Masters in Environmental Management, and an honorary doctorate in Environmental affairs and sustainable development from the U.N.F. as well as being a certified LEED consultant and OSHA certified Alnahdy oversees the strategic direction of ENTEC. Working as a consultant since 2007 dedicated to improving the environment by offering sustainable environmental and Green economical solutions to clients both private and governmental sectors in the Mena region along with ENTEC team of experts and international alliances. Dina is also president of the environmental committee in Jeddah chamber of commerce where she works on bridging the gaps between private sectors and ministries to facilitate achieving the countries environmental and sustainable goals and empowering private sector and individuals to meet global standards in the view of the Saudi VISION 2030 The long and impressive list of Alnahdy community work includes founding "Hand in Hand national environmental awareness initiative" in 2013 that organizes various environmental awareness programs, one that broke the world Guinness record as the largest hand printed environmentally friendly canvas in the world (10.235 m2) spreading environmental awareness to more than 1,2 million people from all categories of the community. In addition to many awards and achievements successive for her outstanding achievements Awarded by global & local organizations such as CSR awards, Jeddah municipality, Saudi Arabian football federation, General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection(Gamep), Okaz award of excellence (etqan),Tatweej academy for excellence award, European –Arab environmental organization, and other numerous awards crowned her efforts in environmental and sustainability achievements. AlNahdy has been a board member of various companies, as well as a member of many organizations. She has also been a mentor with the Eisenhower fellowship program and mentored over 27 individuals to achieve their goals in business and environmental projects Alnahdy has been nominated for various leadership programs in the USA and has been a speaker in many local and international sustainable and environmental and economical seminars and forums around the world and has participated with a couple of government and private sector delegations visiting latest international technologies and innovations.
