Biography

Dr. Priscilla C. Ngaihte currently hold the position of In Charge, North East Region (Special Projects) and is the Co-Lead of the Swasth Uttar Purv: Healthy North East project, an initiative by Public Health Foundation of India and Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region to strengthen human resource and systems capacity for public health in the North eastern region. Dr. Ngaihte, a Public Health Specialist (Global Health) by training has over eight years of experience in public health research, teaching and projects management with the Public Health Foundation of India. Dr. Ngaihte is an alumni of Faculty of Health Sciences, Simon Fraser University, British Columbia. Dr. Ngaihte was a T5 (Teach the Teacher to Teach) representative for Boston University's Web Portal in 2009 and completed a fellowship for the T5 Program from Boston School of Public Health, Boston University, Massachusetts in 2009.
