Professor Amany Elbanna is a Reader (associate professor) at Royal Holloway University of London. Her research applies social science theories and approaches. Her current research examines digital platforms, digital entrepreneurship, and crowdsourcing.

Research Interest

She is the Vice-Chair of the International Federation of Information Processing WG 8.6 on Transfer and Diffusion of Technology (IFIP 8.6) and the Director of Professional Development of the Association of Change Management Professional- UK Chapter (UK-ACMP). Amany is an author of over 75 academic papers in top international academic journals and conferences and a regular speaker in business conferences. Amy earned her Ph.D. in Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
