Dr. Severinsky earned a Master's degree in optometry from Hadassah Academic College in 2007. He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. His experience includes design and fitting of specialty contact lens for keratoconus and advanced corneal disease. Dr. Severinsky has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed contact lens journals as well as a chapter about contact lenses in a major ophthalmology "Cornea" textbook. He lectures nationally and internationally on various contact lens and cornea disease topics. Dr. Severinsky is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, British Contact Lens Association, and Scleral Lens Educational Society.
