Biography

Dr. Karthikeyan Venkatachalam is an assistant professor of Food Technology at Prince of Songkla University, Surat Thani Campus, Thailand. He is being a professional and conducting numerous full-fledged researches in the field of Food Science and Technology. He is also a Head of the laboratory called “Food Innovation and Production Development.” He is being an active researcher and conducting research projects throughout the year and publishing several articles in numerous International Journals. His main focus of research is on the field of fruit and vegetable processing particularly Postharvest Technology and Fermentation Technology. In addition, he has reviewed many research and review articles in several international journals for many years. He also acts as an adviser for guiding and developing food products for small-scale entrepreneur locally.
