Biography

Karnjapan Janthawornpong has gained her experience in food safety supply chain including standards and concepts from the four-year work as a standards officer at the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodities and Food Standards, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand before becoming a university lecturer-researcher. Her academic background in agro industrial product development and biological chemistry allows to get a scientifically analytical mindset regarding the safety of food product, raw material, processing, production and the supply chain. Her food safety viewpoint is also supplemented by consideration of all stakeholders concerns with this reflecting on the systematic thinking.
