Biography

Brendah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She is a highly motivated and progress focused individual. She draws her inspiration from the famous quote by Greek physician Hippocrates. “Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food.” Her area of specialty is clinical nutrition but she has dived in other areas of nutrition practice as well. She is currently working in the academia area as a Nutrition and Dietetics Trainer while still open to working in other areas in the domain to grow her skills. Kihara hopes to become a more holistic Dietitian Nutritionist to address diseases and malnutrition from both curative and preventive perspectives
