Biography

Edward Imwinkelried is the Edward L. Barrett, Jr. Professor of Law Emeritus at the University of California, Davis. He is a former chair of the Evidence Section of the American Association of Law Schools. He has published more than 200 articles and 20 books, including THE METHODS OF ATTACKING SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE (5th ed. 2014), SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE (5th ed. 2012), and SCIENTIFIC AND EXPERT EVIDENCE (2d ed. 1981).
