Biography

Jose Helano Matos Nogueira is Forensic Criminal Expert at Brazilian Federal Police and has some postgraduate courses (1) Postdoctorate at King's College London, UK; (2) Doctorate at University of Liverpool, UK; (3) Master of Science at PUC University, Brazil; (4) Master of Business Administration at University of Florida, USA; (5) Master of Business Administration at National Police Academy, Brazil. Currently, Dr Helano is an academic visitor at King's College London UK, recognized teacher and supervisor at the University of Liverpool in the UK, and professor at Farias Brito University in Brazil, and has 25 years' teaching and research experience on business administration and information technology in several universities. He has supervised dozens of postgraduate students (doctorate and master) in the field of business administration and computer science during the preparation of their theses, dissertations, and projects. In addition, a researcher, he has more than 80 scientific publications, including peer-reviewed articles and books. On the other hand, Professor Dr Helano has professional experience in police forces as Police Forensics Director of INTERPOL, Head of Forensics Unit at Brazilian Federal Police, Senior Manager of the Olympic Games, Coordinator of International Police Cooperation of the FIFA World Cup.
