Biography

Kakil Ibrahim Rasul has completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Mosul in 1978. He completed his Certificate of Arab Board for Medical Specialization in Baghdad, Iraq in 1989, MRCP (UK), Royal College of Physicians and Surgeon of Glasgow (UK) in 2000 , FRCP Edin (UK) Royal College of Physician, Edinburgh of Glasgow (UK) in 2004 and has been granted an ESMO Certificate (European Society for Medical Oncology) in 2004 and recertified in 2009.
