He has rich experience in the fields of Cancer Biology, Genetic and Molecular Toxicology, and Human Molecular Genetics with a continuous knack for learning new things Research interests: Overall scientific interests include understanding molecular mechanisms of cancer metastasis and tumor response to targeted therapy, the role of signaling crosstalk in acquired resistance to biological therapeutics, and developing therapeutic markers to predict patient suitability to molecular therapies. His specialties are Expertise in the analysis of primary research literature, designing of cell-based, xenograft and orthotopic mice models of cancer metastasis. Extensive experience in diverse projects such as molecular target discovery, in vitro and in vivo anti-cancer drug screening, Xenograft/Orthotopic/PDX models. Particular interest in mechanism-based therapeutics, and novel molecular targeting methods. Hands-on experience with Mammalian cells, cancer stem cell cultures, Immunohistochemistry, various tools for gene silencing (siRNA/shRNA), CRISPR-Cas9, Protein-protein interactions, and biochemical analysis methods.
