Dr.Maunik Jani, Principal, Neotech College of Science & Applied Research, Shri Govind Guru University, Godhra, Gujarat, India. 16 years of highly successful research in the areas of Semiconductor Device Physics, Micro/Nanofabrication, Opto-electronics, Material Science, in a multidisciplinary team environment. Developed the technique for improving the quality of metal-semiconductor compounds. Distinguished for developing an innovative optoelectronic technique for measuring properties of a variety of individual metal-semiconductor. Fabricated a micro-nano based thin films and crystal of metal-semiconductor.
