Dermatologists with good specific skills acquire to treat common conditions such as skin cancer and acne.  Nowadays cosmetic services techniques such as facial fillers and chemical peels help to modify or improve the appearance of a physical feature. Aesthetic Medicine includes all medical procedures that are aimed at improving the physical appearance and satisfaction of the patient, using non-invasive to minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. The specialty for aesthetic medicine is not confined to Dermatologists and Plastic surgeons as doctors of all specialties seek to offer services to address their patient's aesthetic needs and desires. Some aesthetic medicine mechanisms are performed under local anesthesia while some mechanisms don’t require anesthetics at all.

 

 

Investigative dermatology is the branch of dermatology which deals with all aspects of cutaneous biology and skin disorder. It consist of topics on the subject of organic chemistry, biophysics, carcinogenesis, cell regulation, development, skin structure, extracellular matrix, genetics, immunology, epidermal cell biology, biological science, molecular and cell biology, anatomy, physiology, material medical, photobiology, transcutaneous absorption, clinical analysis, medical specialty and alternative population-based analysis.

 

Cosmetology is the branch of dermatology which deals with beauty treatment. Cosmetologists are the professionals who are trained and licensed to perform cosmetic treatments to the hair, skin, and nails. The disciplines of cosmetology consist of various occupations like hairstylist and hairdresser, beautician, skin care specialist, aesthetician, nail technician, etc. Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty implicates the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. The two categories are reconstructive surgery and aesthetic surgery. The spectrum of Plastic surgery is very wide.

 

 

 

Nowadays the use of Cosmeceuticals has been raised as comparison to cosmetics due to its biologically active ingredients claiming to enhance skincare efficacy. Skin care is the practices that support skin integrity, enhance its appearance and relieve skin conditions. They consist of nutrition, avoidance of excessive sun exposure and appropriate use of emollients. Practices that enhance appearance include the use of cosmetics, exfoliation, fillers, laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion, peels, and retinol therapy.

 

Trichology is a specialized branch of medicine that deals with the scientific study of the health of hair and scalp and the diseases related to them. Problems may include baldness, scaling of the scalp, itching, scalp eczema and psoriasis, premature graying, hair loss, hair breakage, hair damage, hair thinning, seborrhea dermatitis, head lice, dandruff, dryness and oiliness.

 

Cosmetic dentistry focuses any dental work that improves the appearance of teeth, gums and/or bite and also improvement dental aesthetics in color, position, shape, size, alignment and overall smile appearance. It means for majority of people as a surgical procedure that involves revamping the dentals i.e. applying veneers or whitening the teeth. Cosmetic Dental Surgery is the method of rejuvenating the lost self-esteem of a person by fixing all of his dental problems via tooth bonding, tooth whitening, tooth-color restoration, dental implants, orthodontics, porcelain veneers, etc. It aims at proffering a smile to a person that is suitable to his personality and boosts his or her confidence.

Blepharoplasty is the specialized plastic surgery operation in eyes.  Experts correct defects, deformities, and disfigurations of the eyelids; and for aesthetically modifying the eye region of the face. Nowadays most of the people express satisfaction with the results of blepharoplasty, such as a more rested and youthful appearance and more self-confidence.

The UV light may be from the sun or other sources, such as tanning devices. About 25% develop from moles. 

 

A major challenge of transplantation is avoiding rejection of the transplanted organ or tissue by the recipient’s body from physicians and researchers. During allogeneic transplantation, the immune system of the recipient recognizes the graft as a foreign component. It then makes every effort to destroy it in the same way as it would, for example, destroy an infecting virus. Nowadays physicians administer immunosuppressive drugs to make the recipient’s immune system more tolerant to avoid rejection.
