Phys., Physica Status Solidi, Thin Solid Films, J. of Physics D, Measurements Science and Technology, Mat. Research Bull. He was/is member of Scientific Committees of several National and International Workshop focused on Material Science and Nanotechnologies.He is author of - 4 Italian Patents; - 15 book chapters with an International diffusion, included 7 invited chapters; - 221 papers on International journals; - 7 papers on National journals; - 51 papers on International Conference Proceedings; - 7 papers on National Conference Proceedings. His h-index is 32 from SCOPUS and he has more than 3800 citations.
