Biography

Anup Dey obtained his B. E. (honours) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Regional engineering College, Silchar (now named as National Institute of Technology, Silchar), Assam, India and Ph. D. degree (Engineering and Technological Studies) from Kalyani University, Kalyani, West Bengal, India. Currently he is a faculty member of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India. He has more than nineteen years of experience in teaching under graduate and post graduate courses in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has published more than fifty research articles in several highly reputed international journals and conferences. His current research interest is semiconductor nano-science, investigation and modeling of electronic and optoelectronic properties of nano-scale devices.
