Biography

Devki N Talwar retired on August 17th, 2018 from the Physics Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. On August 20th, 2018, Dr. Talwar joined as a Distinguished Professor of Physics at the University of North Florida (UNF), Jacksonville, FL. Devki does research in Condensed Matter Physics. His current projects include 'Defects in 3C-SiC; Optical properties of ultrathin ZnMnSe films and the electrical/optical properties of III-Ns'.
