Biography

Advisor to the Nursing Executive Management in the RoMed clinics He works intensively in the innovation and development of nursing care. Matthias Scherm is a Surgical Assistant, Health Manager, Design Thinking Facilitator, Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Arts, Business Psychology. He is fascinated by the challenges in healthcare and likes to change the processes around the patient with new tools. Further, he has successfully established the first robot support in the RoMed clinics.
