International Parasitology and Emerging Infectious Diseases Conference

Parasitology-2019

Theme: Parasitology: Evolution and Challenges with Changing Environment

International Parasitology and Emerging Infectious Diseases Conference which is scheduled during January 28-29, 2019 in Singapore City, Singapore aims to gather eminent professionals, researchers and doctors for scientific discussion on finding remedy to the diseases and control new disease from emerging. The relationship between host and parasites will be discussed in the global forum. Latest research in the functioning of parasites and its implications in paving way for new disease will be discussed to get solution. Infectious diseases are the result of parasites and if we can find the cure establishing the good relationship between the host and parasites, there will be major breakthrough in the medical field. Parasitology-2019 seeks participation in the latest research discussion on parasites, its growth and development along with the infectious diseases and its cure.

Session-1: General Parasitology

Parasitology is the study of parasites, their hosts and the relationship between them. It is determined by the way of the life of organism. It draws on techniques from fields such as:Parasite entirely depends upon its host for the survival.  Despite the parasite being the reason for various diseases, they are needed for energy flow. It is necessary evil.

Session-2: Diagnostic Parasitology

Parasites have its immense influence in tropical and sub-tropical regions.  Parasites reside and survive in its host causing the diseases. In order to find cure, one has to know the cause of the disease. Diagnostic Parasitology is the study of recognizing the parasites at various stages based on size, morphology, color and movement size. Techniques like fecal flotation, sugar flotation solution, direct smear and the merthiolate-iodine-formalin preservative method are used to diagnoise the parasites and its impact.

Session-3: Immunoparasitology

Immunoparasitology is the study of the relationship between host and parasites immunity. Parasites are the organisms that complete part or all of their life cycle within a host organism.  Immunoparasitology si the branch of immunology which deals with the animal parasites and their hosts.

Session-4: Protozoology

Protozoology is the study of the protozoa which is also a parasite.  Protozoans are the first group of organized and simplest creature in the animal kingdlom. Protozoans are unicellular organism. Their body structure forms cytoplasm body and nucleus.  They can multiply by asexual method of reproduction for a long time. Examples include Amoeba, intestinal flagellates, and Balantidium coli.

Session-5: Biochemistry of Parasites

Parasites feed  and grow in the host, the major source of nourishment. This results in the deterioration of host health. Parasites range unit energetic about their host for survival.

Session-6: Equatorial Parasitology

Equatorial regions are proper breeding environment for parasites. The study of the life cycle and nourishment of parasites in tropical as well as subtropical regions is called Equatorial Parasitology.

Session-7: Veterinary Parasitology

Veterinary parasitology is the study of the relationship between parasites and animal hosts which includes domestic as well as wild animals. It is also the study of genesis  and development of parasitoses in animal hosts as well as the taxonomy and systematics of parasites, including the morphology, life cycles and living needs of parasites in the environment and in the animal hosts.  Data obtained from parasitological research in animals helps in veterinary practice thereby improving animal breeding. The main goal is to protect and improve the health of animals.

Session-8: Epidemiology of Bacterial Infections

Epidemiology is the branch of medicine that deals with the incidence, distribution and possible control of diseases and other factors relating to health. Bacteria are microscopic, single-cell organism that survies almost everywhere in every climatic conditions. A bacterial infection is a proliferation of a harmful strain of bacteria on or inside a body. Pneumonia, meningitis and food poisoning are just a few illnesses that are caused by harmful bacteria.

Session-9: Transmission of Parasitic Infection

Parasitic infection refers to the transmission of communicable disease to the host living organism. The parasites like Tokxoplasma gondi and Plasmodium spp will cause sickness directly, however alternative organisms will cause sickness by the toxins that they manufacture. Parasitology Conference aims to discuss the issues related to various modes of transmission of infection and ways to curbe those mode. Basic sanitary hygiene has to be maintained.

Session-10: Vector Borne Diseases

Vectors in organism transmit infectious diseases between humans or from animals to humans. They are bloodsucking insects that ingest disease-producing microorganisms throughout provender from associate infected host. The sickness is caused by pathogens and parasites in human populations. Parasitology Congress 2019 aims to deduce various ways to curb this menace through rigorous presentation through symposium, workshop, seminar and special session.

International Parasitology and Emerging Infectious Diseases Conference aims to provide proper learning environment in the midst of professors, researchers, doctors and professionals. It is the global forum for scientific discussion and presentation. It aims to promote the products related to medicine and collaborate with the institutions involved in medical research. Apart from this, academic reputation and networking is the prime pillar of the conference.

Overcome your fears and doubts and dare to attend the Parasitology-2019 as benefits are definitely bigger than costs.

Latest research and reviews:

  • Schistosomiasis is a parasitic infection caused by Schistosoma spp, flatworms. Transmission of the infection occurs via contact with contaminated water and the disease is most prevalent in areas with limited access to safe drinking water and sanitation
