Biography

Antonella Bogoni is the Professor at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies and former head of research area of CNIT (National Inter-University Consortium for Telecommunications). She dedicated her research activity to photonics technologies for optical fiber networks especially for ultra-fast all optical signal processing, and to microwave systems especially for 5G, and radars. Up to now she got more than 30 national and international project grants and 9 Best Paper awards. She is co/author of 55 patents, 8 books and chapters and more than 160 papers on the main scientific international journals (22 invited contributions).
