Biography

Shihai Xing is a Distinguished Professor of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine & Anhui Academy of Chinese Medicine from 2017. He has research experience on Metabolism and regulation of secondary metabolism in herbal Traditional Chinese Medicine of Anhui Province from 2017 and on 2017 Rice starch granule proteome, and rice nutrition regulation; rice proteins modification; rice nutrition and application during 2014-2017.
