Biography

Shihai Xing is a Distinguished Professor at Anhui University of Chinese Medicine & Anhui Academy of Chinese Medicine since 2017. He has research experience in Metabolism and regulation of secondary metabolism in herbal Traditional Chinese Medicine of Anhui Province from 2017 and 2017 Rice starch granule proteome, rice nutrition regulation; rice proteins modification; rice nutrition and application during 2014-2017.
