Biography

He is currently serving as a Professor in Department of Political Science, National Research University Higher School of Economics, St.Petersburg. He has completed his PhD from St-Petersburg University Kandidat nauk in Philosophy, 1992. He has been involved in various International Academic Projects and published many articles and books.
