Biography

Dr.Phillip Hughes is a musculoskeletal and shoulder physiotherapist who has been in private practice for 30 years. Phillip completed post-graduate studies in manipulative physiotherapy in the 1980’s, and a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2003. He then completed his Doctoral studies in 2015, investigating the diagnosis of rotator cuff-related pain.

His areas of clinical interest involve the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder conditions and a balanced approach to managing musculoskeletal conditions, involving all elements of the biopsychosocial model.
