Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Pamukkale University, Kınıklı Mustafa Alper Akkas¸ received his B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Erciyes University in 2006. He received his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics at Ege University.
