Biography

Tugce Bilen received her BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey in 2015 and 2017, respectively. She currently serves as a reviewer in IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), The International Journal of Computer and Telecommunications Networking (COMNET), The Computer Communications (COMCOM), The Ad Hoc Networks Journal, and IEEE Communications Letters.
