Biography

PROF. DR. Jeffery Thomas Spickett is a Professor of Environmental and Occupational Health School of Public Health and Director WHO Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health Impact Assessment. He was Dean of Graduate Studies Faculty of Health Sciences Curtin University of Technology. He has done Over 240 research and consultancy projects in environmental and occupational health for various industry sectors in Australia and Internationally. His Special Fields of Competence are Extensive experience in research and with consultancy projects nationally and internationally, Extensive experience in Public Health Teaching Research Consultancy work, Expertise on Environmental health, Environmental health impact assessment, Occupational health and safety, Project management. Over 120 student research theses and projects have been supervised, over 280 journal publications and over 210 national and international conference presentations have been made in the general area of environmental and occupational health and safety.
