Biography

Dr. Thusi Rupasinghe is a senior research scientist at Metabolomics Australia (MA), Bio21 institute, University of Melbourne. She has obtained her B Sc in applied science from The University of Peradeniya, SriLanka, M.Sc in analytical chemistry from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and Ph D in analytical chemistry from the La Trobe University, Melbourne. During her post-doctoral experience at the Monash University, she gained experience in developing LCMS bioanlytical methods for drug candidates and metabolite in biological fluids and tissues. Dr. Rupasinghe established lipidomics platform at MA for lipid profiling and has strong publication records in lipidomics.
