Biography

Dr. Abhishek Mathur is presently working as Executive Director (R&D), NCS Green Earth Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. He is a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P), India. A Biochemist turned Naturalist is passionate about research and his ideologies thus are always impacting Science & Nature in his attitude. This passion of him for Science & Nature had made his position globally impactful by having associations with several research bodies. He is acting as the reviewer and member in Editorial Board of different international & national journals. He had cumulative experience of Academia and Industry of more than 12 years. His expertise is in the field of Environment (solid waste management, waste water recycling, bioremediation of ponds and lakes, eco friendly practices for sanitation and recycling), Agriculture (PGPRs, biofertilizers, bio-insecticides, bio-pesticides, growth promoters, bio-stimulants etc.), Nano-biotechnology (preparation of nanoparticles, nano-composites and biological based nano-emulsions etc.), Natural science (isolation, screening and characterization of secondary metabolites from different microbes and plants, enzymes, biocides, natural antimicrobials etc.), Microbial Technology (isolation and screening of microbes of industrial significance). He had more than 75 Research publications in International/National/Referred Journals to his credit with total citations of 597 globally (as shown by GOOGLE SCHOLAR). He had filed 04 patents on technologies regarding solid waste management, waste water recycling, fermentation boosters for molasses industry and biocide for cane juice and mill sanitation in his industrial research career. He had 2 books published from Germany and India. He had also authored 1 Technical chapter in a research based book published by Uttarakhand Council of Science & Technology, Dehradun (U.K), India. He had presented his research work in the form of technical oral and posters in about 28 National & International Conferences. He strongly believes that, “Natural molecules are the future for tomorrow”, thus his scientific work emphasizes the importance of novel molecules, microbes, enzymes and secondary metabolites for human significance. During his journey of achievements, he was awarded by prestigious awards and recognization.
