Maria Noel Zerbino has studied food and nutrition,with an specialization in metabolism and healthy foods. Also has studied gastronomy and has worked inside the food industry, within the R&D department, quality control, healthy food processing and also experience in nutritional care of patients. Special interest in Nutrigenomics, where uruguayan nutritionists are starting to use this tool inside the nutritional care, and have seen the advantages that this can bring for both patient and professionals.
