Biography

Gilles Pagès (GP) has completed his PhD at the age of 26 years from Nice University FRANCE. GP is specialized in tumor angiogenesis for 20 years. GP received several awards (Ligue Nationale contre le Cancer, Roche Company, the charity ARTUR dedicated to kidney cancer, the Estée Lauder group and the National Academy of Medicine). GP expertise led to 17 productive international collaborations and one licensed patent. GP published 140 papers in Science, Nat Cell Biol, EMBO J, PNAS, Autophagy, Cancer Res… His H factor is 51. GP is the current president of the French Society of Angiogenesis (http://www.angiogenese.fr). GP is a member of the national committee dedicated to thegestion and recruitement of researchers working on cancer in France. He is also managing an independent team of the Mediacl Biology department of the Centre Scientifique de Monaco (http://www.centrescientifique.mc/fr/).
