Biography

Mustafa Akcelik has completed his Ph.D. at the age of 28 years from Ankara University and postdoctoral studies from University of California at Davis. Dr. Akcelik has more than 20 years’ experience in Genetics and Biochemistry of Bacteria, especially lactic acid bacteria and Salmonella. He is the director of Biotechnology Institute, Ankara University. Since 2010, he has been responsible for the organization of Molecular Genetic training courses based on the use of omic Technologies. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of repute.
