Speaker Guidelines

Abstract Submission Guidelines:
  • Each abstract should be in a word limit of 250-300 words, with title of work, authors and their affiliation, short biography, 5 publications of the author and contact details. Please follow the Conference format. Submit your paper via email to medicalsociology@annualmeetings.net

  • All submitted abstracts should report original, previously unpublished research results.
Abstract review process:
  • Once the abstract is submitted, it is subjected to peer review and is expected to meet the standards of academic/scientific excellence by the expert's panel and this process may take 24-72 hours, depending on the availability of organizing committee.
  • All accepted abstracts will be categorised based on the sessions of each day.
Modes of presentation:
  • Oral presentation
  • Poster presentation
Final Step:
  • After the acceptance of abstract, speakers need to book their slots by registering towards the conference.
    Note: Speakers slot is booked only after confirmation from speaker by registering towards the conference.
Delegate Guidelines:
  • Meetings international invites National and International delegates to be a part of our event.
  • Each delegate need to register in advance of the meeting, Registration is on-line, using the URL given in the meeting invitation or via the link shown against the meeting on the website in the registration tab.
  • All the registered attendee’s details are stored in the database for future correspondence, so kindly provide the valid contact details.
  • When you have successfully registered for a meeting, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment email. Keep this safe! - You will need to refer to it for confirming your presence at the meeting.
  • If you have forgotten to register in advance, all is not lost: register straight away at the registration desk on the Day 1 of the meeting.

Ans:Maximum 2 presentations can be given by a single speaker.
Ans:With the consent of the main author, co-author can present their work.
Delegates:
Ans:No, you can directly register as a delegate

Ans:Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the meeting and then request a Visa Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us at medicalsociology@annualmeetings.net

Details to be sent for letter of invitation:

  1. Full name
  2. Affiliation
  3. Passport Number
  4. Scan copy of passport
  5. Contact details
  6. Nationality
  7. Purpose of visit: Speaker/Delegate.
Students:
Ans: Each poster will be allotted with a unique identification number, and those will be placed at the venue on the allotted day for poster presentation as well as the unique number will be mentioned in the scientific program.
Ans: Poster board size depends on venue, but the posters should be in the dimension of 42" x 56”.
Ans: Poster should be placed at the allotted places 2 hours prior to the poster session and can be removed at the end of the day
Ans: Best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.
Ans: Yes, we have separate oral category for students i.e. Young Scientist Awards
Registration
Ans: The refund policy is posted on the conference terms and conditions web page.
Ans: All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@meetingsint.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Financial Assistance:
Ans: Attendees requesting for partial financial assistance can mail us direct at medicalsociology@annualmeetings.net
Ans: Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer such grants.
Exhibitors/Sponsors/Media Partners:
Ans: You can directly get the info in the website in exhibitor/sponsor column or mail us at medicalsociology@annualmeetings.net
Travel:
Ans: Every attendee is responsible to take care of their own transport, if there is any free shuttle service the info will be share to you priorly by the program managers.
Accommodation:
Ans: Yes, we have option of only registration or packages i.e., (Package A and Package B). If you do not wish to book accommodation from our end you can opt for general registration which excludes accommodation.
Ans: Hotel information will be sent to you with a confirmation letter. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us by writing at medicalsociology@annualmeetings.net . After the allocated rooms have been filled, reservations may be made at the regular room rate if space is available.
Ans: Yes, you can register now and once you receive your entry VISA you can mail us at medicalsociology@annualmeetings.net, so we can assist with accommodation.
Ans: It depends on the availability of room, if it’s available we can confirm your bookings till 15days prior to the event dates.
Ans: No, as per hotel norms you need to book a double room, if 2 people are staying in a same room. You need to pay the accompanying person charges so we automatically book a double room
Ans: Depends, if your son is below 12yurs you can stay in the same room, else you need to pay the extra charges for the 3rd adult.
