Theme: New Trends and Innovations for a Better Health through Nursing Research

Meetings International is organizing the "6th International Conference on Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice” which is planned during November 14-15, 2022 in Dubai, UAE with an inspiring theme of “New Trends and Innovations for a Better Health through Nursing Research". The main aim of this conference is to find out advances in Nursing practice, patient care management, and research approximately healthcare in addition to other different topics. This is a worldwide gathering that will give a platform for prominent experts to gather and share their innovative ideas in the field of Nursing Research. It will be an incredible gathering of medical care researchers, professionals, and specialists. It will create a learning space for conversations and presentations which will help in the modernization of nursing schooling and practice. Our Conference will witness valuable scientific discussions and future innovations in the field of nursing research, nursing education, and evidence-based practices.

Session 1: Nursing Education
The purpose of Nursing Education is to increase the advancement of nursing in its specific field. One of the foundations of the medical care framework is the nursing course. Medical caregivers have an important role in the growth of health, the development of prediction systems, and the care of individuals. Nursing Education advice comprises the provision of clinical chaperons with speculative and rational planning in order to prepare them for their roles as nursing care specialists. Nursing research has an impact on momentum and future expert nursing practice, therefore making it a vital element of the instructional cycle of nursing research is critical to expert nursing practice. Nursing research is an evidence-based study that is utilized to aid nursing practice.

Session 2: Evidence-Based Practice
Nurses have enhanced the quality of care they provide to their patients. Evidence-based research means that the information you use to make patient-care decisions is based on solid research rather than personal opinion. The goal of EBP is to deliver the best possible care while also improving patient outcomes. AIDET, Hourly Rounding, and Bedside Shift Report are examples of evidence-based practice (EBP) strategies that have a positive impact on patient perceptions of their ED care and increased satisfaction ratings. These strategies include updates of test results and explanations of events that occur during a patient's visit. EBP allows nurses to assess studies in order to better understand the hazards and efficacy of diagnostic tests and treatments. Nurses can now include patients in their care plans thanks to the use of EBP.

Session 3: Nursing Informatics
Nursing informatics is one of the trendiest fields in healthcare right now. Nursing informatics specialists are in high demand as a means of increasing efficiencies, better communication, increasing access to timely and accurate data, and lowering total costs. Nursing informatics has many facets, but at its core, it focuses on empowering medical practitioners and improving the patient experience in healthcare. Nursing informatics draws together nursing science, computer science, and information science to make it easier to combine data, information, knowledge, and wisdom to help patients, nurses, and other healthcare practitioners make better decisions. Nurse informaticists work at the crossroads of technology and clinical practice. Nursing informatics is now a well-established field that has expanded beyond the establishment of electronic health records.

Session 4: Nursing Research
The increase in the population, the move to informatics, a nurse shortage, and an enduring emphasis on specific frameworks for guiding nursing practice, including integration of evidence-based practice, are all related to current nursing and care trends. Implementation science, training for the next generation of nurse researchers, and team science have been advocated as future directions in nursing research across countries based on the patterns. According to nursing research, nursing uncovers knowledge in order to strengthen the foundation of clinical practice and enhance the Prevent illnesses and manage symptoms of sickness. Nursing is evolving due to an increase in online nursing education, a growth in nurse practitioner numbers, the shift of nurses into non-clinical occupations, greater practice authority, and technology advancements.

Session 5: Nursing and Healthcare
Nursing is strongly intertwined with the state of healthcare in general. The term healthcare system refers to a system or program that makes health care available to the public and is funded by the government, private industry, or both. Accessibility is important to healthcare organizations because it might be the difference between a patient obtaining a prompt diagnosis and the appropriate treatment or being a statistic. Patients must have faster and more effective means to reach caregivers, communicate crucial health information, and receive the support they require, whenever and wherever it is needed, in order to achieve better results. Healthcare delivery and nursing education are both impacted by the increasing growth.

Session 6: Trends in Nursing Practice
As the medical care business adapts to more advanced innovation and clinical patterns, nursing specialists around the world are facing a number of obstacles. Nurses are needed in a variety of sectors of medicine and clinical research, as well as a variety of new fields of clinical assessment. Genetics nursing, stem-cell innovation nursing, fertility nursing, holistic nursing, geriatric nursing, and other fields are among them. This meeting will explore such new fields as well as the qualifications for them. The managed care movement has helped nurse practitioners and case managers in particular. The demand for these lower-cost providers has skyrocketed, and their expertise and excellence in the field of primary care have been recognized.

Session 7:  Advanced Nursing Practices
Advanced nursing practice is a branch of nursing that broadens and broadens the scope of nursing practice, contributes to nursing knowledge, and advances the profession's advancement. Advanced practice nurses are capable of analyzing the health requirements of people, families, and communities, as well as determining whether or not a nursing intervention is required. A look to the future implies a need to improve the focus on understanding the function and practice level of the advanced practice nurse, as a rising and crucial profession of nursing in the healthcare industry. APNs must be amended and changed in order to practice to their greatest potential. The chances for advanced nursing practice to thrive in many capacities around the world in the future are promising.

Session 8: Pain Management & Patient Safety
One goal of acute pain management is to minimize the impact of pain on patient function and quality of life. Following surgery, patients' ability to resume activity, maintain a positive effect or mood, and sleep is all important functions. Educating patients on their post-discharge care is a simple but effective way for nurses to improve patient safety. Nurses facilitate a smooth recovery by working with patients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their medical condition and self-care routine before they are discharged. Patient safety protocols can aid in the reduction of medical errors and the prevention of negative patient outcomes. When the goal is to help people, it seems obvious that working to protect them from unintended or unexpected harm is essential.

Session 9: Geriatric Nursing
To meet the health needs of an aging population, geriatric nursing is essential. The proportion of the population considered old is growing as a result of longer life expectancy and declining fertility rates. Managing the patient's symptoms and providing activities for daily living, such as diet, exercise, and social engagements, all contribute significantly to the elderly's emotional well-being. Through direct care, referrals, and support strategies, geriatric care can assist the family in navigating these challenges. When older adults begin to be affected by the issues listed above, doctors realized that a different approach was required. Thus, the specialty of geriatrics was born. Last but not least, geriatrics focuses on assisting aging adults in maintaining their abilities and quality of life.

Session 10: Intensive & Critical Care
This nursing specialty focuses on the highest level of care for critically ill or unstable patients as a result of extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening diseases. The life of a critical care nurse, also known as an intensive care unit (ICU) nurse, can be extremely demanding. ICU nursing jobs necessitate both emotional and physical stamina, as well as the ability to juggle various variables related to the condition of critically ill patients. Learning how to deal with these challenges is critical for nurses who want to work successfully in the ICU, and becoming comfortable operating in the environment necessitates countless hours of firsthand experience.
