Joann Canning has researched, planning, and projects in nascent Informatics in resource-scarce settings including Buenos Aires and Chicoana, Argentina, Mrauk Oo, Myanmar, and Deschapelles, Haiti. Substantial USA based clinical experience involving several administrative levels and domains of knowledge. Independent, solo travel and discovery of public health and informatics systems in many African, Indonesian, Malaysian, and South American countries.
