Meetings International invites you to participate in the “2nd International Conference on Telemedicine and Digital Health” which is going to be held during December 07-08, 2022 in Dubai, UAE with the theme "Digital Health Management on Covid -19: Challenges and Opportunities for Physicians". The joy of attending Telemedicine 2022 brings with it improvement and incremental growth in your approach to doing things, in the broader manner to see things, and the beauty to live in international diversity. Telemedicine 2022 aims to include prompt keynote presentations, speaker presentations, poster presentations, and exhibitions to gain more information and meet leading researchers and potential investigators and get recognition at this 2-day event.

Sessions 1: Telemedicine during Covid-19
Telemedicine has become remarkably important, due to the increased deployment and development of digital technologies. National and international guidelines should consider its inclusion in their updates. During the COVID-19 pandemic, mandatory social distancing and the lack of effective treatments have made telemedicine the safest interactive system between patients, both infected and uninfected, and clinicians. A few potential evidence-based scenarios for the application of telemedicine have been hypothesized. In particular, its use in diabetes and complication monitoring has been remarkably increasing, due to the high risk of poor prognosis. New evidence and technological improvements in telemedicine application in diabetic retinopathy (DR) have demonstrated efficacy and usefulness in screening. Moreover, despite an initial increase for devices and training costs, teleophthalmology demonstrated a good cost-to-efficacy ratio; however, no national screening program has yet focused on DR prevention and diagnosis.

Sessions 2: Remote monitoring
Remote monitoring is additionally referred to as self-monitoring or self-testing, remote monitoring uses a variety of technological devices to watch the health and clinical signs of a patient remotely. This is often extensively utilized in the management of chronic diseases like disorders, DM, and asthma. A number of the advantages related to remote monitoring include cost-effectiveness, more frequent monitoring, and greater patient satisfaction. There’s some risk that tests conducted by the patients themselves could also be inaccurate; however, the outcomes are generally thought to be almost like professional-patient tests.

Sessions 3: Artificial intelligence in Telemedicine
As technology continues to advance, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an everyday reality. And one industry it is rapidly transforming on a large scale in healthcare. Telehealth is one of the newest industries to utilize AI widely, from the distribution of electronic medical cards to personal consultations. As telehealth expands across the US today, AI is one of the most powerful forces evolving it. Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access and manage healthcare services remotely. This technology has been making its mark on the healthcare industry for decades, yet is now taking much bigger steps to transform how people receive healthcare.

Sessions 4: Tele neuropsychology
Tele neuropsychology is an example of this sort of telemedicine that has neuropsychological consultation and assessment over the phone with patients who have or are suspected to possess a cognitive disorder. Standard evaluation techniques are implemented to assess the patient via video technology. A study from 2014 found that this type of telemedicine provides a feasible and reliable alternative to traditional in-person consultations, although it had been noted that quality standards and administration must be upheld.

Sessions 5: Telenursing
Telenursing alludes to the use of informative advancements to give far-off nursing administrations. Discussions can be made via telephone to arrive at an analysis and screen ailments and side effects. This type of telemedicine is filling in favor because of the minimal expense and high openness of the administrations to patients, especially for those in rustic locales. It likewise can possibly reduce the weight of patients in clinics since it is feasible to address minor infirmities prior and patients can get guidance about whether clinic confirmation is required.

Contingent upon guidelines, top-off approval might be given to permit patients to get standard meds when required. Tele pharmacy is the delivery of pharmaceutical care via telecommunications to patients in locations where they may not have direct contact with a pharmacist. It is an instance of the wider phenomenon of telemedicine, as implemented in the field of pharmacy.

Telemedicine has been extensively used during the COVID-19 pandemic as it aids in decreasing contact with healthcare facilities, healthcare staff, and patients, in order to minimalize the risk of COVID-19. In China, online mental health surveys along with communication programs, such as Weibo, TikTok, and WeChat, among others, assisted health authorities and mental health professionals to render safe mental health services online during the pandemic. Such factors have assisted in market growth during the COVID-19 pandemic.

SOC Telemed, a U.S.-based company dealing in telemedicine technology and services, stated in March 2020, that it experienced a surge in the demand for on-demand acute care via telemedicine. Companies in the market for telemedicine have experienced exponential growth during the COVID-19 pandemic as compared to the previous year. For instance, Teladoc Health, Inc. experienced a 109% year-on-year growth from Quarter 3 of 2019 to Quarter 3 of 2020. This has positively affected the market during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Increasing access to basic healthcare along with improved healthcare quality and patient safety is the major aim of telemedicine solutions. According to a report published by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the implementation of telehealth or telemedicine solutions improves care delivery to patients. Applications such as e-ICU and eCare help in providing apt care and reduce adverse effects or symptoms from going unnoticed. By providing higher safety and quality standards to patients, demand for such systems is expected to increase over the forecast period and boost the market growth.

Scope and Importance of Telemedicine
The Future of telemedicine will depend on (1) human factors, (2) economics, and (3) technology. Behaviors are related to technology that affects change at the individual, organizational and societal levels. Personnel shortages and decreasing third-party reimbursement are significant drivers of technology-enabled health care in the industrialized world, particularly in the areas of home care and self-care. Technology has made it easy for doctors to detect various diseases. But it is restricted only to people in urban areas but Low-cost Telemedicine made it easy for people in rural areas with simple and standard healthcare infrastructure. Rapid growth in the availability of low-power, hand-held medical monitoring devices advanced Telemedicine for the poor and reduces travel costs by both parties for consultation, diagnosis, and follow-up is the largest benefit. Steps that have to be taken to reach Telemedicine to common people include Creating technology-neutral insurance payment policies, Adopting a standard definition for telehealth, funding research to continually improve the quality and lower the cost of telehealth programs, Promote interoperability among state prescription drug monitoring programs. E-Health economics is concerned with issues related to efficiency, effectiveness, value, and behavior in the production and consumption of health and health care like Low-cost Telemedicine, Future of Telemedicine, E-Health economics, Telemedicine for poor
