Session 01-COVID-19 Pandemic and its effects on the global world:
Coronavirus is an enveloped, positive single-strand RNA virus. It belongs to the Orthocoronavirinae subfamily, as the name, with the characteristic “crown-like” spikes on its surfaces. Together with SARS-CoV, bat SARS-like CoV and others also fall into the genus beta-coronavirus.

Session 02-Vaccination for COVID-19:
People who have certain medical conditions or who are taking medications that weaken their immune system are at increased risk of severe COVID-19 illness and death. Additionally, their immune response to COVID-19 vaccination may not be as hefty as in people who are not immunocompromised.

Session 03-Next-Generation Vaccine Delivery Technologies:
The new innovative technology platform has created the next generation of DNA or RNA vaccines based on the genetic code of the pathogenic agents. Drug delivery systems come up with technologies for the targeted delivery and/or controlled release of therapeutic agents. Drugs have long been used to upgrade health conditions and increase lives.

Session 04-Vaccine Immunology and Immunotherapy:
Vaccines comprise a non-dangerous array of bacteria or virus that generates the disease you are being immunized against. The bacteria or virus will be killed, greatly weakened, or broken down into minute parts before use in the vaccine so that they can activate an immune response without making you sick.

Session 05- Vaccine Research and Development:
Vaccine development is put through a lengthy, meticulous process of scientific evaluation before being licensed for general use, but the process is time-consuming. The clinical trials in which vaccines are evaluated ensure that licensed vaccines are prudent, effective, and appropriate to use. The Vaccine R&D conference discusses the topics related to vaccination and immunology.

Session06- Cancer Vaccines:
Vaccines are stated to healthy people to help restrain infections, such as measles and chicken pox. These vaccines use weakened or killed germs like viruses or bacteria to start an immune response in the body. Most cancer vaccines work the same way, but they make the person’s immune system strike cancer cells.

Session 07-Vaccination for Pregnant Women and Vaccination for Children:
Vaccines are very much necessary to get children off to a healthy actuation of life. Because vaccination programs of the 20th and 21st centuries have been so successful, several parents today have never seen many vaccine-preventable diseases that were once common.

Session 08- Vaccines Safety, Efficacy & Clinical Trails:
Before recommending a vaccine for use, it should be tested in labs. This procedure can take several years. FDA uses the information from these tests to agree on whether to test the vaccine on people or not. Throughout a clinical trial, a vaccine should be tested on people who agree to get vaccinated.  The Clinical trials start with 20 - 100 volunteers, but ultimately include thousands of volunteers.

Session 09-DNA Vaccines and RNA Vaccines:
DNA vaccine transfects a specific DNA sequence into the infected organism to create an immune response. Usually, the vaccines have DNA sequences that code for a specific antigen. The DNA vaccines are injected into the organism’s cell via a plasmid vector.
RNA vaccine uses a copy of mRNA (messenger RNA) molecule to create an immune response. It delivers the antigen-encoding mRNA into the dendritic cells, which use the mRNA as a template to create foreign proteins. These foreign proteins, in turn, stimulate an immune response.

Session 10- Vaccines for Vector-borne Diseases and other Infectious Diseases:
Vector-borne diseases are among the most complex of all infectious diseases, so it is very much difficult to prevent and control. Vaccines that target blood-feeding disease vectors, such as ticks and mosquitoes, have the probability to protect against a lot of diseases caused by vector-borne microbes.

The global vaccine market is segmented into technology, indication, end-user and region. According to the technology, the market is divided into Recombinant and Conjugated Vaccines, Live Attenuated Vaccines, Inactivated Vaccines, Toxoid Vaccines, and others. classified as Pneumococcal Disease, Influenza, Human Papillomavirus, Meningococcal Disease, Rotavirus, Chickenpox, Diphtheria, Whooping Cough and Tetanus (DPT), Polio, Hepatitis; Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) and other indications Depending on the end user, the market is divided into pediatric, adult and traveler. Depending on the region, the market in North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) is analyzed. Europe (Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy and rest of Europe), Asia Pacific (Japan, China, India, Australia and rest of Asia Pacific) and LAMEA (Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and rest of LAMEA).
