advancedmaterials-2021

Theme: Current and Emerging Trends in Advanced materials and Nanotechnology

It would be our immense pleasure to invite you all to the International Webinar on Advanced Materials . which will be held on May 25, 2021 . The conference theme is “Current and Emerging Trends in Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology”. Advanced Materials conference is the premier event that brings together unique and international experts, researchers both from academic and industry to `their experience and knowledge, and to learn new things. Advanced Materials 2021 will focus on various issues such as Energy Systems, Advanced Materials Processing, Materials Synthesis and Processing, Nanotechnology, Nonlinear Dynamics, Bionanotechnology, Nanotechnology in Battle Against Coronavirus, Nanotechnology for Energy and Environment, Nanomedicine, etc.
Session 1: Nanotechnology in battle Against Coronavirus
The novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic represents an unprecedented public health concern. The virus that causes COVID-19, known as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), is responsible for the infection of more than 21.8 million individuals and more than 772 thousand deaths in 216 countries, numbers which are still rising.  Nanomaterials represent a powerful tool against COVID-19 since they can be designed to act directly toward the infection, increase the effectiveness of conventional antiviral drugs, or even to trigger the immune response of the patient. Advances in nanotechnology over the past decades allow us to develop new nanomaterials and step forward in the application of new technological tools.
Session 2: Advanced Nanomaterials/ Nanoparticles
Nanomaterials are materials with Nanoscale dimensions where the surface or interface properties dominate over the bulk properties. The very large surface area of these nanomaterials may result in novel physical and chemical properties, such as increased catalytic activity, improved solubility or different optical behavior. Nanomaterials are already found in a wide variety of consumer products, such as textiles, paints, sunscreens and other healthcare products. Intensive research is being done in the use of nanomaterials for energy storage and energy conversion, pharmaceuticals, life science applications, solar cells, catalysis, and composite materials, etc.  Nanoparticle size distribution and nanoparticle shape, surface properties and dispersion, aggregation stability as well as over elemental and Nano crystalline composition is often crucial for designing new materials for specific applications.
Session 3: Applications of Nanomaterials
Nanomaterials are of interest because at this scale unique optical, magnetic, electrical, and other properties emerge. These emergent properties have great potential applications in electronics, medicine, and other fields. Nanomaterials are classified into nanostructured and Nano phase/nanoparticle materials. There are several important applications of nanomaterials such as aviation and space, chemical industry, optics, solar hydrogen, fuel cell, batteries, sensors, power generation, aeronautic industry, building/construction industry, automotive engineering, consumer electronics, thermoelectric devices, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic industry. One of the most pressing challenges of our time is to find alternative energy sources which are environmentally friendly which is depending on used of nanomaterial’s in different applications such as solar cell , paints and other applications in the field of green chemistry .
Session 4: Bionanotechnology
The field of biotechnology is focused on basic research into the mechanisms of disease toward the development of new therapeutic and diagnostic devices. Bio nanotechnology applications within biotechnology include the development of microfluidic devices for high throughput drug discovery assays, nanotechnology-based drug delivery devices, genome sequencing, proteomics, and imaging. A therapeutic is chemically attached to the nanoparticle. Radio or magnetic signals are then used to guide it to its target in the body. Precisely targeted drug delivery enhances efficacy and side effects due to off-target activity. Gene delivery is another area of active research in bio nanotechnology.
Session 5: Nanomedicines
Nanotechnology has applications in clinical medicine and diagnostics. As an example, nanotechnology-based diagnostic devices can be used to accurately test blood for disease markers. Nanorobotics is a developing field wherein machines are engineered from Nanoscale components. In the field of Nanomedicine, Nanorobots have been used to carry out some interesting operations. Harvard and MIT scientists attached RNA strands to nanoparticles loaded with a chemotherapy drug, creating a Nanomachine that could target and kill cancer cells. In another example, Nanorobots were used to work with white blood cells to repair tissue.
Session 6: Nanotechnology for Energy and Environment
Nanotechnology is being used in several applications to improve the environment and to produce more efficient and cost-effective energy, such as generating less pollution during the manufacture of materials, producing solar cells that generate electricity at a competitive cost, cleaning up organic chemicals polluting groundwater, and cleaning volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from air. Nanotechnology used in the Environment in many ways such as, nanomaterials for building and construction, nanotechnology for water treatment, work presents the separation of TiO2 photocatalyst nanoparticle, nanotechnology for electrochemical conversion and energy storage, nanomaterials for solar cells, etc.
Session 7: Nanomaterials in Safety and Regulations
The development of Nanomaterials has made the whole international deal with the benefits of the fast developing discipline of Nanomaterial’s and nanotechnology. it is envisioned that over 1500 manufactured- identified nanotech products are publicly to be had, with the brand new ones hitting the marketplace every week. The considerable range of ability products and programs offers nanotechnology its enormous boom prospects. The global nanotechnology industry will increase to reach Americas seventy five. Eight billion with the useful resource of 2020 making each sector of era and generation listen in making the nanotechnology and Nanomaterial’s play an vital characteristic in their future development.
