Cancer-2022

Theme: Exploring the possibilities of survival

Meetings International is honored to welcome you to its Webinar on Cancer held on August10, 2022 (at GMT) with the theme of Exploring the possibilities of survival. Cancer 2021 is a platform for all Oncologists, Professors, Scientists, Researchers and Academicians to deploy the research and contains commendable sessions. This theme enables participants to explore their potential in cancer while expanding their perspectives, providing sound knowledge to highly eminent professionals and young researchers. This gathering views on ideal determination to the budding researchers and fellows to meet, organize and recognize the advancement possibilities in cancer which helps to develop the skills in cancer science.

Session 1: Cancer Biology
Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. These contrast with benign tumors, which do not spread. Possible signs and symptoms include a lump, abnormal bleeding, prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss, and a change in bowel movements. While these symptoms may indicate cancer, they can also have other causes. Over 100 types of cancers affect humans.
Session 2: Cancer Diagnosis
Cancer is considered to be the main reason for deaths across the world. The cure for cancer is still a matter of research. However, there are few curing techniques available only if the person is diagnosed at the early growth stages. So cancer identification becomes a really necessary part of an associate individual’s survival.
Session 3: Cancer Therapy
Cancer can be treated by surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormonal therapy, targeted therapy and synthetic lethality. The choice of therapy depends upon the location and grade of the tumor and the stage of the disease, as well as the general state of the patient. Cancer genome sequencing helps in determining which cancer the patient exactly has for determining the best therapy for cancer.
Session 4: Clinical Trials on Cancer
Cancer research is to identify causes and develop strategies for prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure. Cancer research ranges from epidemiology, and molecular bioscience to the performance of clinical trials to evaluate and compare applications of the various cancer treatments. These applications include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy and combined treatment modalities such as chemo-radiotherapy.
Session 5: Case Reports
A case report is a method for conveying something new that has been learned from clinical practice. It could be around a surprising or beforehand obscure condition, an uncommon presentation or difficulty of a known illness, or even another way to deal with dealing with a typical condition. A case report gives a point-by-point report of indications, signs, conclusion, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient.
