Drug Delivery 2021

Theme: Experimental Challenges in Drug Delivery

With great pride and honor “Webinar on Drug Delivery” is announcing its global pharma event which is going to held in November 23, 2020. This Drug Delivery 2021 includes a wide range of Keynote presentations, plenary talks. The main theme of our webinar is "Experimental Challenges in Drug Delivery" this unique webinar will provide opportunity to reach the largest assemblage of participants from the Pharmaceutical community to gather and share their insights and convey recent developments in the field of generic drug research and current challenges and Novel trends and advanced strategies involving Formulation research. This is a global platform where ideas and discussion is driven by the participants and interaction with peers and others leads to fruitful outcomes.

Drug Discovery and Screening

The heart of drug discovery research is screening technologies. Because screening is so important in identifying and validating targets, the quality of the screening technique used can be a decisive factor in whether or not a new drug makes it to the clinic. To discover chemical compounds that can be manufactured and marketed, a variety of methods are used. Over the last 40 years, the complexity of medication development has skyrocketed.

Advanced Drug Delivery Systems

Drug delivery refers to the technology, formulations, and techniques (routes of administration) that are utilized to deliver pharmaceuticals for various applications or therapeutic uses. The technologies developed to manage the pace of drug release are referred to as advanced drug delivery systems. The type of technology employed is largely determined by the ailment, medicine, and desired impact. DDS (advanced drug delivery systems) provide undeniable advantages in drug administration. Over the last three decades, innovative methods to the development of novel drug delivery carriers have been proposed.

Peptides and Protein Drug Delivery

The most abundant components of living cells are proteins and peptides. Protein and Peptide are both novel medication delivery systems and novel drug delivery approaches. Peptides can be created to target a wide spectrum of molecules, allowing them to be used in fields as diverse as oncology, immunology, infectious illness, and endocrinology. While the market for peptide and protein therapeutics has grown dramatically in recent decades, their availability has been limited.

Drug Delivery through BBB

The blood–brain barrier (BBB) inhibits most medications from reaching the brain. The epithelial-like tight junctions inside the brain capillary endothelium are responsible for this feature. The BBB is physically and physiologically separate from the choroid plexus' blood–cerebrospinal fluid barrier. The blood-brain barrier (BBB) is a dynamic structure that acts as a gatekeeper and reflects the brain's specific requirements. The presence of the BBB makes developing novel medicines for brain diseases or new radiopharmaceuticals for brain imaging challenging.

Vaccine Design and Drug Delivery Technology

Vaccines are undoubtedly the most important medical technology ever discovered, and since Edward Jenner first tested his smallpox vaccine in 1798, they have resulted in substantial decreases in disease morbidity and mortality. Vaccines have traditionally been made by isolating an infectious pathogen, weakening or inactivating it, and then administering it to face the human immune system.
