Theme: The Impact of Nano science on Modern Life

Meetings International will periodically hold Nano science webinars to share information with the general public and the Nanotechnology research community. Nano science and Nanotechnology is the study and application of very small things and used in all other scientific fields, like chemistry, biology, physics. The theme of the webinar is "The Impact of Nano science on Modern Life". We are pleased to invite all participants globally to attend the Nano science and Nanotechnology webinar on December 22, 2021. Topics covered may include announcements of new Nano science and Nanotechnology Initiative activities, discussions on technical topics and introductions to available resources for specific fields such as education or sensor development.

Session 1: Nanoscience
Nanoscience refers to the study, manipulation and engineering of matter, particles and structures on the nanometer scale (one millionth of a millimeter, the scale of atoms and molecules). Important properties of materials, such as the electrical, optical, thermal and mechanical properties, are determined by the way molecules and atoms assemble on the nanoscale into larger structures.

Session 2: Nanoparticles
