The Nephrology Webinar will cover a wide range of examinations and revelations in the field of life sciences showing a remarkable open door for the medicinal services experts, university personnel, nephrologists, and specialists all over the globe to meet, organize and recognize the advancement possibilities in the domain of Nephrology.

Session 01: Kidney Transplantation and Therapy
Kidney transplantation is the organ transplant of a kidney into a patient with end-stage kidney disease. Kidney transplantation is basically classified as deceased-donor or living-donor transplantation depending on the source of the donor organ. Living-donor kidney transplants are further characterized as genetically related or non-related transplants.
Session 02: Kidney Dysplasia
Genetic factors can lead to kidney dysplasia. Genes are passed from both parents to the child and determine the child’s traits. Sometimes, parents may pass a changed, or mutated gene causing kidney dysplasia. Genetic syndromes that affect multiple body systems can also cause kidney dysplasia. A syndrome is a group of symptoms or conditions that may seem unrelated yet are thought to have the same genetic cause.

Session 03: Mineral & Bone Disorder in CKD
Mineral and bone disorder in CKD is the most serious issue when it occurs in children as their bones are in the process of developing and growing. Growing children can show symptoms of mineral and bone disorders even during the initial stages of CKD. Slowed bone growth may lead to short stature, which may remain with a child into adulthood. Renal Rickets is one deformity caused by mineral and bone disorder in CKD that occurs when the legs bend inward or outward.

Session 04:   Stem Cells in Renal Disorders
Kidneys help in building up the right amount of salts and minerals in our blood. They are additionally filtered through toxins and give out important hormones. Nephrons are one of the key working segments of the kidney. Kidney infections are caused due to damage to the nephrons and may lead to sudden and short-lived (acute kidney disease), or slow and dynamic (chronic kidney disease).
Session 05: Urethritis (Infection of the Urethra)
This is a type of UTI that can occur when GI bacteria spread from the anus to the urethra. Also, because the female urethra is close to the vagina, sexually transmitted infections, such as herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and mycoplasma, can cause urethritis. When treated promptly and properly, lower urinary tract infections rarely lead to complications. If left untreated, the urinary tract infection can have serious consequences.
Session 06: Acute Kidney Injury (or) Disease
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is an unforeseen state of kidney failure or kidney damage that might last for a few hours or a few days. In AKI waste elements get accumulated in your blood and make it tough for the kidneys to possess an accurate balance of fluid in your body.
