Biography

Faviola Susana Jimenez Ramos is CEO of the Peruvian Food and Nutrition Network (RPAN), an institution with 14 years of leadership in the promotion of healthy eating in Peru. She is director of the Nutrition and Dietetics Career at the Scientific University of the South, as part of her academic management she has promoted an educational project for nutritionist training based on the health and wellbeing promotion approach that includes the design and development of two main references of the race Congress in food and health and the fair Healthy Scientific City. She has been recognized as an honorary member of the College of Nutritionists of Peru in 2010, becoming one of the youngest professionals to receive this distinction.
