Jin Rong Zhou is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and the Director of the Nutrition/Metabolism Laboratory at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is also a member of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center. He received his PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, studied Bio-nutrition and Cancer as a postdoctoral student at Harvard and he won the NIH National Individual Research Service Award. He has served the peer reviewer for over 80 scientific journals, the Guest Editor, the Managing Editor, and the Editorial Board for several scientific journals, and the Editors-in-Chief for Nutrition and Metabolic Insights and the Journal of Health Sciences.
